Tortugas' José Torres Named Low-A Southeast Player of the Week

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Minor League Baseball announced on Monday that Daytona Tortugas SS José Torres has been named the Low-A Southeast Player of the Week 20 (Sept. 14-19).
