Patriots Suffer Shutout Loss in Altoona

Altoona, Penn. - The Somerset Patriots (54-38) were shut out Thursday night for only the fifth time this season in a 5-0 loss to the Altoona Curve (49-42) at People's Natural Gas Field. Curve starting pitcher Trey McGough (W, 4-3) tossed seven shutout innings and allowed just four hits.
