SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm is excited to announce that wide receiver, Brandon Sheperd has signed a contract deal with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Brandon played collegiately at Oklahoma State University where he tallied 69 receptions for 1,184 yards and eight touchdowns.
