SPOKANE, Wash. - The Texas Rangers selected right-handed pitcher Dillon Tate from UC Santa Barbara with the No. 4 overall selection in the 2015 MLB First-Year Player Draft. Baseball America ranked Tate as the top pitcher and third-best overall prospect in the entire draft.
