Kearney, NE. - The Tri-City Storm has announced the addition of forward Sam Rhodes to the active roster. Rhodes joins Tri-City following nine games played this season with the Barrie Colts (OHL). Sam Rhodes, 19, of Powhatan, Virginia, has spent the past two seasons playing for the Barrie Colts in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).
