Kearney, NE. - Tri-City Storm forward Nick Portz has announced a commitment to play college hockey at the University of North Dakota. Portz was acquired in a trade with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders on October 16th and has skated in all seven games with the Storm in the time following the transaction.
