OTTAWA - Steve Brown went 3-for-5 with two RBI but it wasn't enough as the Ottawa Champions lost Game 2 of their final homestand 9-4 to the Québec Capitales. Champions starter Jared Mortensen had a less than stellar outing for his last start of the season, allowing eight earned runs on 10 hits. He walked just one batter but managed to strike out five.
