Bridgewater, NJ - The Sugar Land Skeeters (17-9) shut out the Somerset Patriots (15-9) 2-0 at TD Bank Ballpark on Wednesday in the afternoon game of the day-night doubleheader. The Skeeters took an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning on a Cody Stanley RBI single.
