JACKSONVILLE - The Jacksonville Sharks announced today that they have signed Second Team All-NAL defensive back Rodney Hall Jr. (6'1, 193) for his third year of arena football and first with the Sharks. Prior to signing with the Sharks Hall spent his last two seasons with the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks.
