WILMINGTON, DEL. (APRIL 28, 2015) -- The Chicago Cubs have promoted Myrtle Beach Pelicans outfielder Jacob Hanneman to Double-A. In a corresponding roster move, outfielder Trey Martin has been promoted to the Pelicans from Class-A South Bend. Hannemann, 23, will make his first trip to Double-A Tennessee.
