The Windsor Express announced Wednesday they have signed guard/forward Brandan Kearney. Kearney, 6-foot-6, 198-pounds, is entering his second season playing in the NBL Canada. He was selected second overall in the first round of the 2015 NBL Canada draft by the Moncton Miracles.
