Kearney, Neb. - Tri-City Storm defenseman and Assistant Captain Joey Matthews has announced his commitment to Dartmouth College, the 17th active Storm player to earn an NCAA Division I commitment. A native of Columbia, Illinois, Matthews won the 2016 Clark Cup with the Storm and played in all 11 playoff games.
