Halifax, NS - The Halifax Hurricanes appoint Kevin Keathley as Head Coach and General Manager for the 2016-17 season. The Hurricanes discussed a return to Halifax with 2015-16 Coach of the Year, Hugo Lopez, however the two sides were unable to come to terms.
