ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Chicago Bandits announced today that they have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with UIndy's all-time leader in wins, Morgan Foley, for the upcoming 2016 season. Foley is the first player from the 2016 senior class to sign with the Bandits, and she becomes the first Division II player to play for Chicago in its 12-year history.
