SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Empire has signed defensive back Adrian James to their 2016 roster. James (DB, 6-0, 200, Texas-El Paso) joins the Empire for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. Prior to working out for the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, Adrian played his collegiate career at the University of Texas-El Paso.
