Reds Sign Former Freedom Pitcher

Florence, Ky. - Steve Delabar, who pitched for the Freedom in 2008, has signed a minor-league contract with the Cincinnati Reds. The right-hander has spent portions of the last five seasons in the big leagues, pitching 186.2 total innings with the Seattle Mariners and Toronto Blue Jays.
