Tim Colwell Returns to Explorers

SIOUX CITY, IA - The Sioux City Explorers announced today that the club has re-signed OF Tim Colwell to a 2016 American Association contract. The 2016 season will mark Colwell's 3rd season of professional baseball with the Explorers.
