Worrell Leads Steamers' Bats to 10-6 Win

July 14, 2018 - Bryson Worrell popped off for four hits and four runs batted in on Saturday night to give the Steamers a 10-6 victory over the Wilson Tobs at Historic Hicks Field. The win extended the Clams' win streak to three straight, making them 4-6 in the second half. Wilson is now 7-2, losing the past two nights. July 14, 2018 - Zane Harris opened the floodgates on Friday night with five runs batted in to lead the Steamers to a 7-1 win on the road against the Holly Springs Salamanders. July 12, 2018 - Ben Anderson's dominance on the mound for the Steamers continued on Thursday night at home, defeating the Morehead City Marlins 6-3. Edenton's second half record improved to 2-6, while Morehead City's dropped to 3-4. Anderson made his second start and sixth overall appearance, dazzling for five innings with just one run allowed. Steamers Pile up Peninsula K's, but Lose 7-5

July 11, 2018 - Despite striking out 20 batters, the Edenton Steamers lost 7-5 to the Peninsula Pilots on Wednesday night at Historic Hicks Field. The loss drops the Clams' record to 1-6 in the second half and Peninsula jumps to 4-2. Between Charles Hall and AJ Spencer, the two managed to fan 20 Pilots hitters, but handed them seven runs on eight hits and six walks.
