You might be right about the NBDLA as its site appears to be gone (http://www.nbdla.com).
Still there, you were off by a letter.

Admittedly, nothing very promising re: their chances of ever playing a game there either.

Wonder what happened to the teams that left the CBL? They have created an unholy alliance known as the Mountain State Basketball League.

I don't think you have a category for D.O.A.

Nice work tracking this down. It seems to me that there was a Mountain State Basketball League a couple of years ago that included the WV Wild and possibly the Gwizzlies. Anyway, the Atlanta/Atlantic Crowns played some ABA games this year against the Gymrats & Aliens and were previously announced in the EBA & CBL. The Angels of course were in the PBL & CBL, and then the FLA teams made up part of the CBL. I know the CBL stated that the players from Ft Pierce & Martin Co were being protected (presumedly retained) so I'm curious if the two games against the Crowns were played before their exit from the league or with an entirely new roster. Guess I'm the only who cares about this.

The league is up and running having played at least a dozen games. A few highlights:

The Brooklyn Firebirds, formerly of the APBL, are now in the league.

The Newport News Nighthawks beat the Seven City Knights (ABA) & the Atlanta Purple Lightning (EBA).

The Anderson Legends beat the Gem City Slam (UBA) & the Fort Wayne Flite (CBA). They will also play the Indianapolis Kings @ the Banker's Life Fieldhouse after the Indiana Fever (WNBA) game on 5/31.

The New York Lightning beat the Bronx Holy Flames (ABA) and lost to the Weshchester Dutchmen (EBA)

The New York Knights are the former Brooklyn Blackout of ABA and are using the logo of the Kansas City Knights: http://nyknights.net/index.html
