Chicago Assassins from IIFL?

I noticed the Chicago Assassins logo associated with the start-up Imperial Indoor Football League (http://www.iiflfootball.com) and the league's Facebook page mentions the Assassins as a member team.

The OSC Cleveland Patriots press release says the team was renamed, so I am assuming the Cleveland Dragons team listed on the IIFL Facebook page is now the Patriots. It looks like these teams had the same owner.
