The PBL site [www.thepbl] lists the Grand Rapids Cyclones (one time ABA "expansion" team) as a 2015 PBL expansion team. A recent MLive article says the team will play some games this season against PBL teams and play a full PBL schedule next year.

The Cyclones were founded by Adam Chrisco, a former player in the IBL, ABA and IBA. He has taken his time in building his organization. It's nice that he has found a league.

Real interesting 14 days for the Cyclones...
After playing two home games (more-or-less exhibition) the team announced they were cancelling their 3/20 game due to lack of a home.

Seven days later, it's announced the Detroit Pistons will be moving a D-League team to Grand Rapids, playing in the Deltaplex (site of the two Cyclones games that were played).

Methinks the Cyclones are done before they ever really got started.
