Wolfpack Click on All Cylinders in 58-20 Win

(MADISON) - The Wisconsin Wolfpack clicked on all cylinders against the Chicago Cardinals at the Hartmeyer Arena in Madison Saturday night. Former Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Matt Schabert completed 14 of 19 passes for 187 yards and five touchdowns. His favorite target was Marcus Lewis, who caught ten passes for 136 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Eric Donoval added 50 total yards and three touchdowns.

Former Badgers Josh Nettles and Kurt Ware excelled on defense. Nettles had 4-1/2 tackles, two pass breakups and an interception. Ware recorded four tackles, including two tackles for loss and two sacks. He also recovered two fumbles. David Earl had an interception for the Wolfpack.

The Wolfpack have their final home game of the regular season next week against the undefeated Cincinnati Commandos (9-0), who narrowly got by the Fort Wayne Firehawks, 49-46, in Cincinnati tonight. The game begins at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.
