Pass Rusher Donte Paige-Moss with the San Jose SaberCats

ORLANDO - The Orlando Predators have agreed to terms with veteran pass rusher Donte Paige-Moss, the franchise has announced. Paige-Moss enters his third season in the Arena Football League.
"Donte is an exceptional talent who excels at rushing the passer," said Head Coach Rob Keefe. "He's relentless in pursuit of the quarterback and is capable of rushing from multiple positions. We're excited to add him to our defensive front."
Paige-Moss (6-4, 265, North Carolina) entered the AFL with the Portland Thunder as a rookie in 2014, where he registered 23.5 total tackles with seven sacks, nine tackles for loss, five pass breakups, three quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
In 2015, Paige-Moss was traded to the San Jose SaberCats, where he helped the franchise win ArenaBowl XXVIII while contributing 29 total tackles with nine sacks, four forced fumbles, three quarterback hurries, three pass breakups, and one fumble recovery.
Paige-Moss arrived at the University of North Carolina as a heralded high school prospect, earning five-star ratings from all major recruiting services. He played defensive end, tailback and wide receiver while also handling punting and kicking duties for Northside High School (Jacksonville, NC). After racking up 28 sacks as a senior, Paige-Moss garnered All-American accolades from countless publications, including SuperPrep and Parade magazine.
Paige-Moss enrolled at UNC in 2009 and gained valuable experience as a true freshman, collecting five tackles with two sacks in eight games. His most successful season came as a sophomore, when he turned in a performance that included 13.5 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks. He would eventually declare for the 2012 NFL Draft following a junior season in which injuries limited his production.
