
Heat Re-Assign Stokes to Skyforce

MIAMI, FL - The Miami HEAT announced today that they have re-assigned forward/center Jarnell Stokes to their NBA Development League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
Stokes, who was named as an NBA Development League All-Star, will join the Skyforce staff in Toronto as part of NBA All-Star Weekend. He will participate in the NBA D-League All-Star Game, which will take place on Saturday, February 13 at the Ricoh Coliseum at 2PM. He has appeared in 16 games (all starts) in five different stints with the Skyforce this season, helping them to a 14-2 record over that span while averaging 20.6 points, 10.2 rebounds, 1.06 steals, 1.1 assists in 30.8 minutes and shooting 67.3 percent from the field. He has posted nine double-doubles and scored at least 20 points in 11 contests while grabbing double-figure rebounds on 10 occasions and blocking multiple shots five times for the Skyforce this season.
