
Grand Rapids Drive Partners with US Army for 2016-17 Season

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH - The Grand Rapids Drive, the NBA Affiliate of the Detroit Pistons announced today its partnership with the United States Army and the US Army Grand Rapids Recruiting Company for the 2016-17 season.
"It's an honor to form this partnership with the United States Army and we look forward to incorporating its values and initiatives into our game day experience and community efforts," said Wes Weir, Grand Rapids Drive Senior Vice President of Business Operations.
During the 2016-17 season the US Army will host a US Army Theme Night to promote the Army through various promotions, social media and in-game activities. The US Army will have a presence at Drive home games to promote the Army and interact with Drive fans. The partnership also includes player and coach speaking engagements at local West Michigan schools.
