Freedom dance team is back

The Fort Wayne Freedom announced today that the Freedom AllStars Dance Team is back for the 2006 season. Tryouts will take place on Saturday, December 17th with registration starting at Noon. Tryouts are being held at Spiece Lifestyle Medical Center located at 5310 Merchandise Dr.
The audition format will include multiple pair dances and individual skills along with looking at participants dance technique, poise, confidence and athleticism. The Freedom AllStars are looking for those who have showmanship, energy and enthusiasm to be part of the 2006 team.
The Freedom AllStars dance team will perform during all Freedom home games along with helping with contests on the field and greeting fans when the doors open. They will also be active in the community doing appearances.
Those interested in trying out can pick up information packets and registration forms from the Freedom office located at 714A W. Washington Blvd or by calling the office at 260-422-2293 and the information will sent or emailed out. There is also a $10 application fee, please make checks payable to the Fort Wayne Freedom.
