
DETROIT PISTONS ASSIGN HENRY ELLENSON AND LUKE KENNARD TO GRAND

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - The Detroit Pistons announced today that the team has assigned Forward Henry Ellenson and Guard Luke Kennard to the Grand Rapids Drive, the team's NBA G League affiliate.
Ellenson, the 18th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, has seen action in five games with the Pistons this season. He's averaged 6.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.6 assists in 13.0 minutes per game. Last season, he averaged 3.2 points and 2.2 rebounds in 19 games with the Pistons. In 21 games with the Drive last season, he averaged 17.9 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.9 blocks.
Kennard was drafted 12th overall in the 2017 NBA Draft and has appeared in five games with the Pistons this season. He's averaging 4.2 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 13.0 minutes per game.
