BayHawks Acquire TJ Price and Reggis Onwukamuche, and Lewis Jackson

Erie, Pennsylvania - The Erie BayHawks have acquired TJ Price and Reggis Onwukamuche, Rio Grande Valley's original first (17th overall) and third (61st overall) round draft picks, in exchange for the rights to Markus Kennedy and Shane Richards, two of Erie's original second round picks from this year's draft. In a separate trade, The BayHawks acquire Lewis Jackson from the Long Island Nets in exchange for Erie's 2017 second-round pick. The trade is subject to the completion of Jackson's physical. Price, a 6'4" guard, most recently played for the BayHawks' NBA affiliate, the Orlando Magic, in summer league. In the season prior, Price played for Lille Metropole Basket Clubs of LNB Pro B League (France) where he averaged 15.4 points, 2.4 assists, and 2.6 rebounds-per-game. Price played four years with Western Kentucky where he was named to the NABC All-District First Team in 2015. Onwukamuche, a 6-10 center from Prairie View A&M, was named to the SWAC Second Team All-Conference and selected as the SWAC Defensive Player of the Year in 2015 behind 6.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks-per-game. Jackson, a 5-10 guard, previously played for the BayHawks during the 2013-14 season. He averaged 11.8 points, 8.9 assists, and 4.4 rebounds-per-game while shooting 49% from the field with Erie. He has played for the Westchester Knicks and Idaho Stampede in the seasons following his first stint with Erie. The full training camp roster as of October 31 is below:
