
Barracudas advance to IFL semifinals

The CenTex Barracudas Professional Indoor Football team advanced to the Intense Football League semifinals by defeating the Alaska Wild 71-18 last Saturday in the first-ever playoff game in the Bell County Expo Center. After winning the first playoff game in franchise history and setting a new record for most wins in a season, the Barracudas (9-6) will travel to Robstown to play the Corpus Christi Hammerheads (10-4) Saturday at 6 p.m. on CITGO Field at the Central Pavillion Arena. The two teams have faced each other twice during the regular season, splitting the series one game apiece.
