Charleston RiverDogs News Release

AUGUSTA, GA - The Charleston RiverDogs' finale against the GreenJackets has been postponed on Sunday afternoon due to rain, and will be made up with a doubleheader on a date to be determined when Charleston and Augusta face off at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park from June 13-15.

The RiverDogs dropped the final two games of the series in Augusta and lose just their third series of the season. Charleston (30-18) now stands at 9-3-2 in series play and will remain in first place in the Southern Division regardless of the outcomes of other action around the league.

The RiverDogs will start a three-game series with the Greenville Drive on Monday afternoon with Charleston rolling out RHP Luis Cedeno (1-1, 3.38) as the Greenville Drive counter with RHP Anderson Espinoza (3-4, 3.86) with the first pitch scheduled for 2:05pm from Fluor Field. Fans can tune in online only for Monday's broadcast on riverdogs.com. The RiverDogs will return home to host Kannapolis from June 2-4 at Riley Park.

Ticket information for the RiverDogs homestand and any of the remaining home games can be secured by contacting the box office at (843) 577-DOGS (3647) or online at www.riverdogs.com.
