OAKLAND, CA - The Golden State Warriors have assigned forward James Michael McAdoo to the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League, the team announced today. McAdoo will be in uniform tonight for Game 2 of the team's Western Conference Semifinals series against the Oklahoma City Blue in Santa Cruz, a best-of-three series that the Warriors lead, 1-0.
McAdoo appeared in 33 regular-season games (31 starts) for Santa Cruz, averaging 19.5 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.00 steals and 2.03 blocks in 32.8 minutes while hitting 57.5 percent from the field. The rookie forward has appeared in 14 games with Golden State, averaging 3.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in 8.6 minutes.
