Black Hawks 2014 Orientation Camp Begins on Friday

Waterloo, Iowa- The Waterloo Black Hawks 2014 Orientation Camp will take place at Young Arena this weekend from Friday through Monday, the team announced on Tuesday.
For many participants, it will be the initially opportunity to skate on the Black Hawks' home ice as they seek a place on the 2014/15 squad. Several scrimmage and practice sessions will help the Waterloo coaching staff determine a preseason roster for exhibition contests which will be played in September. All skating sessions are open to the public at no charge.
The defending Anderson Cup Champion Black Hawks set a franchise record for victories in 2013/14, securing 44 wins. Qualifying for the playoffs for the eighth consecutive year last spring, Waterloo reached the Clark Cup Finals for the fifth time during the past eleven seasons.
The Hawks' 2014/15 regular season schedule begins on Friday, September 26th when the Fargo Force visit Party Town. Season tickets are currently available from the Black Hawks front office; call (319) 232-3444 for more information. Individual game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
