The owensboro Rage are excieted to announce the signing of former Louisville Cardinal QB Bill Ashburn. Bill has extensive experience in Indoor football previously playing for the columbus Lions,Alabama Vipers and Alabama Hammers. Bill played last season professionally in Italy and more recently in the GDFL as the starting Qb with the Chambersburg Cardinals were he completed 64.5% of his passes for 1,936 yds and 29 tds against only 7 ints!!!
