Blood and Caporusso Reassigned to Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that defenseman Ben Blood and forward Louie Caporusso have been reassigned by the club's National Hockey League affiliate Ottawa Senators to Binghamton from the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

Blood, 23, is a plus-three through four games with the Jackals so far this season.

Caporusso, 23, has recorded two points (one goal, one assist) through two games with the Jackals this season.

Both players will dress this evening as the B-Sens travel to Hershey to take on the Bears. Game time is 5 p.m. Grady Whittenburg, the voice of the B-Sens, has the call live on "Binghamton's Classic Hits" BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM).
