
MLS Disciplinary Committee Suspends and Fines Columbus Crew Defender Julius James

NEW YORK (August 31, 2012) - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended Columbus Crew defender Julius James one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for violent conduct in the 78th minute of the Philadelphia Union vs. Columbus Crew match on Wednesday, August 29.
James will serve his one game suspension during the Crew's match against the Montreal Impact on Saturday, September 1.
Fines collected will be donated to the charitable partners of MLS W.O.R.K.S. and the MLS Players Union.
