
Olympiques acquired defenseman

Gatineau, August 20th, 2012 - The Olympiques acquired the 18 year old defenseman Michael Abbot from the Phoenix of Sherbrooke this morning in return of a fourth round pick in 2015.
Abbot played with the P.E.I Rocket last season before being drafted by the Phoenix during the expansion draft last June. In 46 games with the Rocket, he scored one goal and seven assists.
He's 6''00 and 188 pounds.
