Arrieta recorded a brace- the first goals of the Costa Rican's MLS career - as the Crew held off Sporting Kansas City 2-1 on Saturday.
After the Crew conceding an early goal, Arrieta leveled the game in the 17th minute, latching onto a pass from Josh Williams and blasting a shot past Jimmy Nielsen from 12 yards out.
