
Bighorns Announce Fifth Anniversary Facebook Promotion

RENO, NEV., May 9, 2012 - The Reno Bighorns will kick-off a Facebook promotion to reach 5,555 "likes" in honor of the team's fifth year anniversary, the team announced today.
Bighorns fans are encouraged to ask their friends to "like" the Bighorns page. If the page reaches 5,555 likes by June 5, everyone who likes the page will receive a free ticket to a Bighorns home game during the 2012-13 season. Fans can like the Bighorns at facebook.com/bighornshoops. In addition, every fan that redeems their free ticket will have the chance to win a Bighorns VIP Experience that includes two premium seats, free parking, access to the Bighorns VIP Lounge, and a player meet-and-greet for one game. Five winners will be chosen for the VIP Experience.
"This year marks the Reno Bighorns' fifth year in the NBA Development League," said Bighorns owner Herb Santos, Jr. "We want to celebrate our fifth birthday in every venue, and that includes Facebook. We want all of our friends to know what we are doing so that they can join in the celebrations and events."
