
Aces Kick off Four-Game Homestand with Coors Light Thirsty Thursday

RENO, Nev. - The Reno Aces will kick off their second homestand of the season on Thursday, highlighted by Coors Light Thirsty Thursday ¢, Saint Mary's Fireworks Friday presented by KRNV News 4 and another Renown Children's Hospital Family Funday on Sunday afternoon.
The Aces play host to the Tacoma Rainiers for a four-game set beginning Thursday night at 6:05 p.m., which is a Coors Light Thirsty Thursday ¢ presented by Lotus Radio and Reno News & Review. Fans can purchase Coors and Coors Lights for just $2 until the middle of the fifth inning in the Coors Light Party Zone and the Captain Morgan's Lookout behind the berm in right field.
In addition, fans can purchase a special ticket package for just $12, which includes a seat in the Coors Light Party Zone, a special mug and one free fill-up of either Coors or Coors Light.
Thursday is also the inaugural Acebook Night at Aces Ballpark, where fans of the Reno Aces Facebook page are eligible to purchase an outfield reserved ticket and an Acebook Night T-shirt for just $17.
Friday's 6:05 p.m. contest is another Saint Mary's Fireworks Friday presented by KRNV News 4, with fireworks immediately following the game. Friday is also University of Nevada Young Alumni Night, with lawn seats available for just $6. For $26, Nevada Young Alumni members can purchase tickets to the Bing Bullpen Deck, which includes a full buffet dinner.
At Saturday's 6:05 game, 1,500 children 12 and under will receive a free Reno Aces youth cap upon entrance to the ballpark. In addition - as with all Friday, Saturday and Sunday games throughout the season - all children 12 and under get the opportunity to run the bases after the game, courtesy of Dr. David Welmerink.
The series concludes on Sunday with a 1:05 p.m. matinee, which is another Renown Children's Hospital Family Funday, featuring baseball bingo. Fans can get bingo cards behind Section 104, mark off their cards when select events happen, and win a baseball signed by a Reno Aces player. In the inaugural baseball bingo event on April 17, 76 fans won a Reno Aces replica jersey. There will also be a face painter on hand in the Baseball Mountain area from 1-3 p.m.
Sunday is also the season's first McDonald's Youth Baseball and Softball Day. Five different leagues will be represented Sunday, and will participate in a pre-game parade around the Aces Ballpark playing field and a pre-game chalk talk with two Reno Aces players. Over 700 players are expected to participate in Sunday's event.
