
Four BayHawks Playing NBA Summer League in Vegas

Erie, Pennsylvania, Friday, July 10 - The Erie BayHawks have sent four players from their end-of-season roster to play in the NBA's Las Vegas Summer League taking place July 9-18 on the campus of UNLV.
Forward Mike Sweetney will play with the Washington Wizards, who will showcase for the first time guard John Wall, the number one overall selection from last month's NBA draft.
Sharp shooting guard Blake Ahearn joins the Houston Rockets, center John Bryant will see time with the Milwaukee Bucks, and guard Mike Gansey will play with the D-League Select Team, a squad comprised of 11 NBA D-League players.
Coach John Treloar will also attend the nine-day event to scout players and evaluate talent.
Two other players who spent time with Erie while on NBA assignments will also participate. Guard Danny Green will play with the Cleveland Cavaliers and forward Darnell Jackson joins Bryant on the Milwaukee Bucks.
Fans can follow summer league action on NBA TV or NBA.com, highlighted by the D-League Select Team playing the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday, July 13 at 6 PM ET.
None of the BayHawks' respective summer league teams are scheduled to play each other.
