MINNESOTA'S JAWAI ASSIGNED TO NBA D-LEAGUE AFFILIATE SIOUX FALLS SKYFORCE
Minnesota Timberwolves forward Nathan Jawai has been assigned to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, Minnesota's NBA D-League affiliate. Jawai is the 15th NBA player assigned to an NBA D-League affiliate this season. He appeared in 36 games, two starts, for the Timberwolves this season, averaging 3.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 10.8 minutes. During his rookie campaign, Jawai played six games for the Toronto Raptors and was assigned twice to the Toronto's 2008-09 NBA D-League affiliate Idaho Stampede. During his two assignments, Jawai averaged 11.1 points and 6.4 rebounds in 14 games.
HOUSTON'S JERMAINE TAYLOR REASSIGNED TO RIO GRANDE VALLEY VIPERS
Houston Rockets guard Jermaine Taylor has been reassigned to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Houston's NBA D-League affiliate. Taylor's reassignment is the 20th time an NBA player has been assigned to an NBA D-League affiliate this season. Taylor was originally assigned to Rio Grande Valley on Feb. 28 and appeared in four games before being recalled to Houston on Feb. 2. During his first stint with the Vipers, Taylor averaged 21.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists, posting back-to-back 30-point games on Feb. 2 and 3 at Albuquerque.
KEITH MCLEOD RETURNS TO ALBUQUERQUE THUNDERBIRDS ROSTER
The Thunderbirds announced the team has re-acquired Keith McLeod. McLeod fills a spot vacated by Kris Collins, who was waived due to injury. McLeod has been inactive since Jan. 14. He has season averages of 18.8 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 6.4 apg and 1.8 spg through 11 games (10 starts).
BRUMBAUGH RELEASED FROM JAM
The Bakersfield Jam has released forward Keith Brumbaugh due to injury prior to the team's Friday night matchup with the Austin Toros.Brumbaugh sustained a sprain of the MCL in his left knee during practice. The Jam is hopeful that he will be healthy before the season's end, but no concrete timetable has been established for his return.

Reno's Desmon Farmer matched his own franchise record with a game-high 41 points and five other Bighorns registered double figures in scoring, including 19 points off the bench by Yaroslav Korolev JamesOn Curry paced the Armor with 31 points. Tony Bobbitt added 26, while Kyle McAlarney dished-out 10 assists.
Reggie Williams led the Skyforce with a game-high 36 points on 14-of-19 shooting from the field including 5-of-7 3-pointers. Alexander Johnson posted his fifth double-double in seven games with 19 points and 14 rebounds off the bench and Leemire Goldwire scored 17 points behind five 3-pointers Romel Beck paced the Wizards with 30 points while David Bell added 21 points including a perfect 5-of-5 from downtown. Curtis Withers recorded his seventh double-double of the season with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Alonzo Gee sparked the Toros offensively, dropping in 31 points along with five rebounds and three assists. Spur's assignee Malik Hairston finished with 26 points and five rebounds Jeremy Wise led the Jam, scoring a season-high 30 points while Brian Butch recorded a 23-point, 19-rebound double-double.
Keith McLeod led the way for Albuquerque with 23 points in his first game back from injury while Carlos Powell scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the T-Birds Utah's Orien Greene led all scorers with 24 points.
Idaho's Donell Taylor finished with his sixth double-double of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Andre Barrett scored a game-high 20 points and eight assistsIowa's Courtney Sims earned a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds and Cartier Martin finished with 18.
