WEDNESDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS

The BayHawks were led by Donell Taylor, who tallied 24 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Alade Aminu followed with 20 points and eight rebounds. Jackie Manual also scored 20 and added nine rebounds while John Bryant notched a 19-point, 13-rebound double-double. Cedric Jackson dished a game-high 13 assists for Erie and Cliff Clinkscales handed out 11.
Morris Almond scored a game-high 37 points to lead the Armor and JamesOn Curry scored 14 points to go with 11 assists in the loss.
2009-10 NBA D-LEAGUE SHOWCASE TIPS OFF JANUARY 2
The 2009-10 NBA D-League Showacse returns to Boise's Qwest Arena, home of the Idaho Stampede for 16 NBA D-League games between Jan. 2 and Jan. 7. All 16 NBA D-League teams will converge in Boise to play in front of team personnel from every NBA team. For credentials, or more information, please contact Monica Lewis at mlewis@nba.com.
RIO GRANDE VALLEY'S HARRIS SIGNS WITH HOUSTON ROCKETS
The Houston Rockets signed Mike Harris of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Harris is the third GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA Development League Season and joins 66 other NBA players with NBA D-League experience.
Harris has appeared in all 10 of Rio Grande Valley's games this season, averaging a team-high 25.3 points (second in the NBA D-League) to go with 7.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists. He has scored in double figures in all 10 games, while recording two double-doubles this season. He scored a season-high 35 points, to go with 12 rebounds, in a road loss to the Tulsa 66ers on Dec. 19.
CELTICS RECALL BILL WALKER
The Maine Red Claws, presented by Quirk Chevrolet, announced that the Boston Celtics have recalled forward Bill Walker. Walker, a 6'6" forward, appeared in nine games for the Red Claws and averaged a team-high 17.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game at the time of his recall. In his last game for the Red Claws against Fort Wayne, Walker netted a season-high 33 points on 14-of-17 shooting including 3-of-4 from three point distance.
D-FENDERS ACQUIRE FRANK ROBINSON
It was announced that the Los Angeles D-Fenders acquired Frank Robinson, a 6-4 guard out of California State University, Fullerton. Robinson played in the 2009-10 NBA pre-season with the Atlanta Hawks and prior to his time with the Hawks, he played in Germany for Bundesliga. In Germany, Robinson started 11 games and averaged 11 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.
To make room on the roster for Robinson, the D-Fenders waived center Terrance Gamble, who was acquired in a trade with the Bakersfield Jam for center Longar Longar earlier this week.
ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS: A look at NBA D-League Alumni in last night's NBA games:
24 players with NBA D-League experience competed in 10 NBA games last night, six as starters.
Detroit's Will Bynum scored12 points and dished three assists for the Pistons in a loss to Toronto.
Martell Webster contributed 11 points as a starter in Portland's 98-94 win over San Antoino.
