BayHawks Set Cleveland Free Agent Tryouts

ERIE - The Erie BayHawks, NBA Development League affiliates of the Cleveland Cavaliers, have set Cleveland free agent tryouts for October 17 - 18, at the Cleveland Cavaliers practice court at Quicken Loans Arena.
Players interested in participating in the free agent tryout can get registration forms online at ErieBayhawks.com. A registration fee of $150, in the form of a money order or cashier's check payable to the Erie BayHawks must accompany the completed forms and be received by October 12, 2009. For all registrations received after October 12 and at the first day of tryouts the fee will be $175.
"We've seen some talented players come through the tryout process," said BayHawks head coach John Treloar. "Being in this setting at 'The Q" (Quicken Loans Arena) in the Cavaliers practice court will make this very exciting for the players."
Space for the tryouts is limited, interested participants should register early to guarantee their place. Hopefuls should arrive prepared to participate in team drills, individual skills work and scrimmages. BayHawks coaches and Cleveland Cavaliers staffers will be on hand for player evaluations.
