Anderson's 43 Lifts Millrats Over Blizzard

Framingham, MA: The 'new look' Manchester Millrats downed the Boston Blizzard 133-123 behind Anthony Anderson's 43 points.

The Blizzard make the trek up to Southern New Hampshire University on Sunday at 4:35 pm. The Union Leader's own Kevin Gray will be in uniform as the "13th Man Celebrity All Star."

Anderson spurred a 48-14 Manchester run between the 2nd and 3rd quarters that turned a twelve point deficit into a twenty two point lead. Boston challenged late in the game to close within seven, but the Millrats held on for their third straight win.

Anthony Anderson was an amazing 17-23 from the field including 10-10 from within the arc. In addition to Anderson's 43, Al Stewart scored 20, PJ Young 21, and Charles Mason 20. Jamaal Brooks led Boston with 35 points.

Manchester improves to 16-9 on the season.
