Jaxx General Manager Jeff Parker is also excited about the event and the upcoming season. "There's not a better way to start the season than by giving fans an opportunity to meet and greet the future major leaguers that will be playing some great baseball at Pringles Park all summer long. With help from the City of Jackson, this is going to be a great season and we sincerely hope that the fans come out and support the Diamond Jaxx."

The night of the Luncheon, the Diamond Jaxx will take the field against the Memphis Redbirds, the Triple-A Affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, at 6:05pm. The game will be preceeded by a pre-game concert by Memphis Jones. All tickets to the exhibition game at Pringles Park are just $2.00 each, anywhere in the ballpark. BirdZerk! will entertain you at Pringles Park on Friday, May 25th. For more information, visit birdzerk.com.
