Savannah Wildcats Launch

The Continental Basketball League (CBL) is proud to announce the addition of the Savannah Wildcats basketball franchise to its 2010 family of teams.
"Savannah Georgia has always been on our "short list" for team locations," says CBL Commissioner Dennis Truax. "They will be an exciting addition to our inaugural season team line up."
The team will be managed by Lamont Moreno, a veteran of basketball for over 25 years.
Additional information about team tryouts as well as an inaugural home game schedule will be available in the weeks to come. The team website, www.savannahwildcats.com is now online.
The Continental Basketball League will kick off its first season in April, and conclude the last weekend of June. The CBL strives to provide a sensible way at keeping costs to a minimum in the present economy, all the while insuring that the action on the court is top notch and professional.
