Boise, ID (12/16/16) -Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced Friday that defenseman Eric Springer has joined the team in Boise. Springer was claimed off waivers from the Utah Grizzlies on Tuesday afternoon. Springer, 27, played three games this season with the Utah Grizzlies.
