CLEVELAND - In advance of a road matinee vs. the Charlotte Checkers, Cleveland's Lake Erie Monsters signed right-handed forward Joe Devin to a 25-game Professional Tryout Contract, the team announced Sunday. In 28 ECHL appearances for the South Carolina Stingrays this season, Devin has eight goals, 20 points, eight penalty minutes and a +12 rating to his credit.
