SPOKANE, Washington (October 15, 2015) - The Shock have signed offensive lineman Brandon Haskin and wide receiver Austin Dotson to their 2016 IFL roster. Brandon Haskin (OL, 6-3, 315, Tennessee State) joins the Shock for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. Brandon spent the 2015 indoor season as a member of the Alabama Hammers of the PIFL.
