The Trenton Thunder World Famous Case's Pork Roll Eating Championship, taking place from 12-4pm at ARM & HAMMER Park on Saturday, September 26, will put 2015 TCNJ graduate Carmen Cincotti in a field that will feature Major League Eating's Joey Chestnut.
